  • Manage contractor check-ins, including verifying IDs and maintaining a log of all personnel on site.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras for suspicious activities and ensure ongoing surveillance of the property.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and other security team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a secure environment.
  • Report and document all security-related incidents or irregularities promptly.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of site operations and safety protocols for a residential construction environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable security experience, preferably in a residential or construction site environment.
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card (California requirement).
  • Experience with monitoring CCTV systems and using security technology to log and track site activity.
  • Ability to take initiative and actively monitor a fast-paced residential construction site.
  • Must be physically fit for extensive patrols and capable of managing security challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Own transportation required (public transportation is not available in the area).
