Pricing and Revenue Growth Director

The Director of Pricing and Revenue Growth is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability for the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pricing and revenue growth, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
• Conduct audits and analysis to identify opportunities for pricing improvement
• Develop and maintain pricing infrastructure and processes
• Provide reporting and documentation of pricing strategies and results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in pricing and revenue growth, with a focus on foodservice industry or related industry
• Proven track record of success in pricing and revenue growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
