Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of previous AGM experience in a quality, contemporary, full-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
