Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, including analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership and team development.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
