Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering sustainable solutions in the water industry? Arcadis is seeking an experienced Water West Asset Management Lead to join our National Asset Management practice.

About the Role

This flexible hybrid position can be based in any Arcadis Resilience Water West office location and will involve leading and directing the development of asset management programs across the states of Texas, Arizona, and California.

You will work independently as well as on teams staffed with utility management consultants, IT professionals, planners, engineers, and scientists from various backgrounds, locations, specialties, and experience levels.

In this role, you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively, and a talent for establishing and solidifying relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pursuits and technical delivery of asset management programs for water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works.
  • Work with senior consultants and client staff to perform business process/work method assessments, conduct project research/data collection, perform analyses, and generate reports.
  • Develop and implement asset management plans that align with industry standards and current regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for guiding analyses on large utility datasets, performing services on-site or off-site to support client staff, and developing and reviewing technical reports and presentations.

Requirements
  • 15 years of consulting experience with an environmental engineering or management consulting firm or equivalent experience with a municipal utility.
  • B.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management.
  • IAM Certification.
  • Experience implementing asset management programs in the water industry.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The estimated salary for this position is $147,700 - $170,050, depending on experience.
