The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract management, and asset management with a focus on IT assets and services. They will be responsible for managing the agency's software and hardware needs, developing and implementing projects through the asset and contract lifecycle, and working closely with various stakeholders including Budget, Legal, and Contract Administration and Procurement divisions.

With 5 years of experience in Statements of Work, Asset Management, or Property Management, the selected candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Computer Science, Law, or a related field is required. Certification as a Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) is highly desirable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of the agency. You will also enjoy a competitive salary package, with a base salary range of $60,000 - $73,688 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
