About the Role
  • Create customized travel plans that cater to the unique needs of each executive, ensuring meticulous execution and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality while operating within established guidelines and protocols.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in travel coordination or a related field, with proficiency in SABRE or Turbo SABRE.
  • Expertise in creating intricate travel itineraries, including domestic and international arrangements.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, and excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and 24/7 availability required.
