Role Summary: Are you skilled in communication and dedicated to assisting clients via phone? We are looking for a committed Client Support Specialist for Business Communications to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our business clientele, delivering outstanding support and efficiently addressing their inquiries. If you have a knack for customer service and enjoy resolving issues, this role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute positively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from business clients, providing timely and professional solutions to their inquiries.
- Guide clients with information regarding products and services, technical assistance, and billing inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues, escalating more complex matters to the relevant department as needed.
- Keep comprehensive and precise records of client interactions within the CRM system.
- Offer follow-up assistance to ensure client concerns are fully addressed and to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a seamless client experience and communicate client feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Engage in training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge and best practices in client support.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is advantageous.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
