Coldwell Banker Branch Manager Job Description

Coldwell Banker is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee multiple offices, including Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and Portola Valley. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong team, driving revenue growth, and establishing a culture of excellence within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including recruiting new agents and developing existing ones.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence within the office, ensuring that all agents are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage office operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other Branch Managers and company leaders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate transactions, with a strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
  • Proven management success, including recruiting, training, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for growth and a willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Coldwell Banker and the local office.
  • Technology proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and social media sites.
