About the Role

Gothic Landscape is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial landscape industry team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading production crews, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery
  • Manage and lead production crews, including dispatch, performance management, and workload planning
  • Conduct site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
  • Network and generate referrals to support branch growth objectives
  • Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in targeted market segments and geographic locations
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve quality, retention, growth, and profitability objectives
Requirements
  • 8+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in landscape/horticulture with training and management experience
  • 3 years of strong customer service, sales, and communication experience, or combined comparable experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and present proposals and bids
  • Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services
