Job Summary

The Client Services Manager at Canteen One is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by analyzing business performance and developing new programs. This role involves operational set-up, expediting day-to-day service issues, preparing financial reports, and conducting analyses to improve profitability. The goal is to build and sustain long-term relationships with our clients, resulting in high customer satisfaction and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to clients
  • Analyze vendor, client, and Canteen One financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and present recommendations to clients to enhance their business
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate financial expectations for renewals and bids
  • Facilitate meetings with internal resources to address client issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and business reviews
  • Serve as a communication point for Canteen One, ensuring all relevant information is shared with the organization
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience, or a high school diploma with two years of post-secondary education and equivalent experience
  • Proven financial analysis skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment to interpret and apply new methods and policies
  • Proven ability to work independently and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with PowerPoint experience preferred
