Job Title: Client Service Specialist

Job Summary:

The Client Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of our business. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective communication of project updates, proposals, and other important information.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals for clients, including detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Project Management: Assist in the management of client projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Marketing and Client Relations: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including industry events, educational programming, and social media initiatives.
  • Punch List Development: Conduct regular site visits to identify areas for improvement and develop punch lists for clients.
  • Office Administration: Assist with office administration tasks, including supply management, facilities management, and plant/material ordering.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

  • Regularly sit, type, and use the computer and mouse for prolonged periods.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to sixty (60) pounds.
  • Regularly operate a vehicle to travel to and from work locations.

Metrics for Success:

  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication with internal teams and external parties.
  • Consistent learning of industry practices.
