Sales Representative, Mid-Sized Accounts

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology solutions to mid-sized businesses within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell human resources technology solutions to mid-sized businesses within a designated geographic territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
  • Manage complete sales cycles, from initial contact to implementation and beyond.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of human resources technology and its applications in the mid-sized business market.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
