Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Business Partner to join our team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for building and managing our portfolio of brands, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Manage and execute joint business plans with customers to deliver business objectives
  • Support the Business Development Manager in aligning on and achieving business goals and growth strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Minneapolis, with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in CPG or sales, with a strong analytical and problem-solving background
  • Proficient in analytics and category management, with experience working with trade management systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
