Job Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. You will work closely with our finance department to perform various administrative and financial tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative and financial tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Engage in the use of financial systems to collect and report data.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.
  • Assist in month-end close activities.
  • Complete Excel spreadsheet analysis as directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in general finance and/or accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced formulas).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
