Job Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. You will work closely with our finance department to perform various administrative and financial tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative and financial tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Engage in the use of financial systems to collect and report data.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.
- Assist in month-end close activities.
- Complete Excel spreadsheet analysis as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in general finance and/or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced formulas).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
