Job Description:

The Role of an Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at Alita Care, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of our administration/operations team. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering multi-line telephones, and coordinating mail. You will also provide clerical support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, coordinate sorting and processing of mail, and greet visitors.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of administrative/clerical support experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility for tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to government and company regulations.
