Position Summary: In the role of Site Operations Manager at M&M Home Remodeling Services, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the effective delivery of our exterior home renovation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and internal teams, supervising a group of subcontractors and project coordinators, accurately assessing sold projects to ensure timely material procurement, and efficiently managing deliveries to our storage facility.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Precisely evaluate sold projects prior to placing material orders.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of project locations to determine work requirements and scope.
  • Inspect attics to plan for necessary renovation tasks.

Storage Management:

  • Receive and systematically organize incoming deliveries.
  • Ensure proper storage practices for materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate material requirements to the processing team.

Leadership in the Field:

  • Oversee a team of subcontractors, providing direction and support throughout project execution.
  • Encourage a collaborative and positive work atmosphere among field personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift weights up to 70 pounds intermittently and 40 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Climb ladders and traverse sloped and flat roof surfaces up to two and a half stories high.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in the exterior home renovation sector or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in physically demanding and varying weather conditions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
