Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present our physician recruitment services to decision-makers and negotiate sales contracts
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide insights to clients to inform their hiring decisions
- Collaborate with our recruiting teams to ensure seamless client relationships and successful searches
- 3-5 years of experience in solution sales or healthcare staffing sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of securing new business and presenting services with confidence
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face presentation skills
- Confident and professional presence, with the ability to build strong relationships and close business
