Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Present our physician recruitment services to decision-makers and negotiate sales contracts
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide insights to clients to inform their hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with our recruiting teams to ensure seamless client relationships and successful searches
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution sales or healthcare staffing sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of securing new business and presenting services with confidence
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, with Salesforce experience a plus
  • Excellent prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face presentation skills
  • Confident and professional presence, with the ability to build strong relationships and close business
