Behavior Specialist Position

A rewarding role as a Behavior Specialist is available at ProCare Therapy. This full-time, year-round position requires dedication and expertise in working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
Estimated Salary
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, in Vancouver, Washington.
Responsibilities
This position entails implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with students, collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, providing feedback and updates to BCBAs and families, and participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- An active RBT certification, Certified Behavior Technician, or equivalent.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is a significant advantage.
- First Aid Card and CPR Training may be required.
