ProCare Therapy is delighted to partner with a fantastic school district in Vancouver, WA to find a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This is your chance to contribute to students success and growth
Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time 30 hours/week
  • Location: On-site
  • Rate: $22-28/hr
  • Secondary Caseload

Role Overview:
As an RBT with ProCare Therapy, youll play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges by implementing tailored behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You'll work closely with students, providing individualized instruction and ensuring a consistent approach to behavior management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBAs to assist students with behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Deliver personalized instruction either one-on-one or in small groups, following individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior using specified tools.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maintain consistent implementation of behavior plans across all environments.
  • Contribute to the creation of new behavior intervention strategies as required.
  • Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Uphold student confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • RBT certification for Washington is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and team members.

  1. Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  2. Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute interview with the School District.
  3. Offer: Typically extended within 24-48 hours following the virtual interview.
