Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
  • Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based practices to drive positive change.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes, informing treatment adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to refine treatment plans, ensuring they remain effective and aligned with client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support and a seamless experience.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, adhering to the highest professional expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying abreast of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred).
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, essential for building trust with clients and their families.
