We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals through personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
- Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based practices to drive positive change.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes, informing treatment adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to refine treatment plans, ensuring they remain effective and aligned with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support and a seamless experience.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, adhering to the highest professional expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying abreast of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred).
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
