Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a Behavioral Education Specialist, you will work collaboratively with school teams to design and implement research-based behavior interventions. You will supervise and train Registered Behavioral Technicians, lead teams in developing functional behavior assessments, and conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with school teams to develop and implement behavior interventions
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavioral Technicians
  • Lead teams in developing functional behavior assessments
  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments
  • Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions
  • Develop procedures and training materials for staff
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on positive behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with parents, public, and mental health community
  • Work effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate
  • Valid Educational Staff Associate School Behavior Analyst certificate
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $51,291.00 - $79,629.09, based on education and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. Part-time positions working at least 17.5 hours per week are eligible for full benefits.
