Behavioral Intervention Specialist

About the Role: The Lead Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for assisting in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, working closely with teachers to provide support to students. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. If you have experience working with individuals with special needs and are passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers to provide support to students
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure seamless implementation of interventions
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
