As a member of the Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG), you will embody our foundational values of honesty, integrity, and innovation. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Additional Compensation: $75.00 monthly stipend for cell phone expenses.
FLSA Classification: Exempt

What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of full-time experience in multi-family portfolio management, specifically in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to forge strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing regulations, as well as advanced understanding of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate financial and accounting reports and analytics.
- A willingness to learn new software and technology; experience with Yardi is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation for travel between properties, along with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
