We are seeking a passionate and practical Senior Manager, Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor and key influencer within our organization, shaping the strategy for talent management and total rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee effective talent management practices, including recruitment, assessment, and development as the organization expands. Collaborate with Learning & Development to support managers in identifying training resources to meet employee needs.
  • Analyze trends in total rewards, researching and implementing competitive benefits and compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide counsel and coaching to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and resolution of complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies to maintain adherence.
  • Stay informed on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
  • Lead audits related to compensation and benefits as necessary.
  • Recommend innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the HR department.
  • Update management on relevant policies and processes as needed.
  • Deliver data analysis and metrics to support the implementation of tools aimed at achieving key milestones and improving employee experience.
  • Act as a change agent, leading key change management initiatives in partnership with HR leadership and business leaders.
  • Support the design and execution of critical HR initiatives, including Performance Management and Workforce Planning.
  • Develop HR professionals by guiding the establishment of new competencies necessary for success in a dynamic business environment.
  • Manage and develop direct reports by setting clear goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent management, total rewards, compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • SHRM/HRCI certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
  • Experience with self-insured benefit plans is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of competitive compensation programs.
  • Experience managing HRIS operations is preferred.
  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to coach leaders and optimize their capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business conditions.

Travel Requirements: 10% travel may be necessary.
