This is a hands-on role requiring a detail-oriented and highly driven individual who can make a lasting impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct opportunity assessments, bench-marking, cost modeling, and root cause analysis to develop cost and service improvement recommendations.
- Mine and analyze data from multiple sources to inform procurement decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Prepare bid analysis and present sourcing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and manage contracts in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Conduct program/project implementation activities, assess and mitigate potential risks, evaluate project successes and failures, and drive process changes to improve future projects.
- Manage all aspects of various spend categories from source to payment, including transactional activities as required.
- Manage vendor relationships, including tracking performance and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and manage spend and data reports to measure cost and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Procurement role is required.
- Experience with facilities services is required.
- High-level proficiency in Excel is required.
- Coupa experience and SAP (or large ERP system) experience is preferred.
