Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the timely delivery of project components. The ideal candidate will ensure that materials are accurately ordered and delivered on schedule by working closely with the internal team and external project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Coordinate and manage the ordering of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors and project teams to ensure parts arrive on time.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the designer and drafter to align orders with project requirements.
- Project Coordination: Monitor timelines and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and resolve them efficiently to maintain smooth project flow.
Required Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with vendors and project teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools and software (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in lighting design or construction is a strong plus.
- Procurement Processes: Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
- Location: Flatbush, NY, or Lakewood, NJ.
- Schedule: In-office with remote flexibility on Fridays and Mondays
