The Care Coordinator works closely with a physician-led team to ensure the optimal utilization of clinical resources, aiming for the best possible patient outcomes.Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of Three Years in a clinical setting
Licensure and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support Certification
