ITAD Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Recycling Industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:
This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must be based in or around Castle Rock, CO. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and that services meet client expectations. Travel may be required for meetings with clients, stakeholders, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Built strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Grow the book of business by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the ITAD and/or Recycling Industry.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM management tools.
  • Knowledge of the ITAD industry, including material recycling, compliance regulations, sustainability practices, and circular economy trends.

Compensation:
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission based on sales performance. Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401k, and travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
