Job Title: Senior Pega Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Architect to join our team at Synechron. As a Senior Pega Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing Pega-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications.
  • Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
  • Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
  • Lead the technical team through project completion, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards.
  • Ensure system capacity, performance, and failure recovery processes are in place.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
  • Manage the deployment of Pega updates, integrations, and new development projects.
  • Remain current on Pega technologies and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Pega version 8.x.
  • Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
  • Proven experience in Pega systems scaling and integration.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
