Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Pega Applications: You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications that meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Lead Technical Team: You will lead the technical team through project completion, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  • Implement Best Practices: You will implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding to ensure that our applications are of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts: You will work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.

  • Ensure System Capacity: You will ensure that system capacity, performance, and failure recovery processes are in place.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: You must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with Pega Version 8.x: You must have experience with Pega version 8.x.
  • Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification: You must have a Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
  • Proven Experience in Pega Systems Scaling and Integration: You must have proven experience in Pega systems scaling and integration.
  • Strong Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns: You must have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
