Net2Source Inc. is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to enhance our Product Engineering Services. This role is pivotal in driving practice initiatives and staying abreast of advancements in Cloud and Product Engineering technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive Solution Design, Architecture, Proof of Concepts, and establish best practices for integration with client ecosystems and Cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, facilitating discussions with Business Enablement Stakeholders and guiding diverse teams, including customer and partner resources, in both technical and functional delivery at a program level.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and drive next-generation Architecture across Cloud, AI, Microservices, and DevOps.
  • Address critical customer implementation challenges and demonstrate a capacity for effective resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance to scrum teams regarding development methodologies and assist developers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Identify technical debt and future enhancement opportunities, proposing actionable solutions.
  • Support production releases and manage post-production incident resolutions.
  • Document and disseminate best practices within the solutions architect community.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of extensive IT software experience, with a proven track record in implementing complex IT applications and devising efficient solutions for diverse business challenges.
  • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture consulting and cloud solution implementation, particularly with Angular, AWS Services, Java, and BPM Tools (preferably Pega), ensuring timely and successful value delivery in Agile settings.
  • Expertise in developing architecture (system and application) and design diagrams that illustrate various perspectives on business processes, infrastructure, security, data flows/integrations, and application components/capabilities.
  • AWS Solution Architect Certification and relevant experience are essential.
  • Proficient in web technologies, including Servlets, JSP, and XML, with hands-on experience in web application development.
  • Familiarity with Web services, JMS, Middleware tools (such as Web Methods, Vitria), Web frameworks (like Struts, Spring), and Design Patterns (MVC I, MVC II, etc.).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture components, such as enterprise beans, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities, creativity, and problem-solving skills within a collaborative environment.
  • Capability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks for oneself and others.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
