Key Responsibilities
  • Pega Solutioning Expertise: Provide Pega solutioning expertise to clients and stakeholders, possessing and applying a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Functional Business Requirements: Participate in the development of functional business requirements and help users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Understand business processes and priorities, evaluating alternative business process and technology solutions, and participating in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Communication: Communicate with internal customers to analyze information and business workflow to deliver functional requirements, use cases, and user interface designs.
  • UI Requirements: Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver UI requirements such as Graphical User Interfaces, Screens, and Interface mock-ups.
  • Pega Development Experience: Experience supporting Pega development or implementation.
  • Business and System Requirements: Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
  • System Testing: Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to business groups.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of the client's industry and use this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Application Development: Interface with the application development team to validate test results for new applications, verifying that they meet the requirements of their business group.
Qualifications
  • US Citizenship: US Citizenship required.
  • Certified Pega Business Architect: Certified Pega Business Architect or willingness to get certified.
  • Business Analysis Experience: 2-5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience: Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • System Development Life Cycle: Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts.
