Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Chicago Midway International Airport. As a key member of our airport leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and driving daily floor operations, ensuring the highest levels of security and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security and customer service professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer service goals, while maintaining the highest levels of security and integrity.
- Monitor and analyze security and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other airport stakeholders to ensure alignment with airport policies and procedures.
- Represent CLEAR at airport, TSA, and airline community events to build strong stakeholder relationships and promote CLEAR's mission.
- Manage incident prevention and responses, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation, such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or rental cars.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology daily in your work, with a strong understanding of CLEAR's technology and systems.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, with a strong commitment to safety and security.
- Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings.
