As a Ramp Agent at Airport Terminal Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground services. This includes guiding aircraft to and from the gate, transporting and loading/unloading passenger baggage, cargo, and mail, and cleaning aircraft passenger cabins between flights.
Key Responsibilities- Guide aircraft to and from the gate, ensuring safe and efficient turnaround times.
- Transport, load, and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail, using heavy equipment as needed.
- Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights, restocking supplies as required.
- Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
