Senior Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all duties associated with the role of Business Systems Analyst – Level II.

Manage multiple projects while providing training and mentorship to team members, peers, and clients as necessary.

Analyze intricate strategic business challenges, conducting research to uncover innovative solutions.

Engage with executive stakeholders to understand their business challenges and devise effective solutions.

Develop Business Intelligence dashboards, scorecards, charts, graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to address emerging information requirements.

Lead the establishment of a catalog of Key Performance Indicators, documenting their corresponding business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata.

Act as a resource for human performance architects in assessing training and performance support needs, as well as designing relevant products.

Notify the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may impact other project areas.

Complete all necessary documentation for developers, QA analysts, deployment teams, and operational support teams responsible for maintaining the application.

Ensure that security requirements are integrated into the final solution design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

In-depth knowledge of technologies pertinent to the engagement.

Expertise in SDLC methodology and UML.

Exceptional analytical, project planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Capability to conduct cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Advanced proficiency in various Microsoft Office desktop applications.
