Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive business reporting and analytical frameworks.
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture analytical requirements, align on strategic roadmaps, and set future objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between business goals and technical capabilities to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to assess the impact of S/4 HANA on key metrics such as bookings, billings, and revenue.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy business solutions and ensure alignment with defined requirements.
- Perform impact assessments for business modifications in conjunction with engineering teams.
- Collaborate daily with business users, engineers, and management to design, develop, and support innovative business solutions.
- Establish and oversee post-implementation support activities to ensure ongoing application performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the data analytics or business intelligence domain.
- Proven experience in supporting analytics and data processes within sales and finance, particularly during financial close periods.
- Strong understanding of subscription business models and the significance of customer journey touchpoints for generating actionable insights.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., SQL) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SAP SD and FICO modules is highly desirable.
- Experience with full-cycle implementation of S/4 HANA in large organizations, including custom Fiori report development.
- Ability to interpret finance strategies and processes, translating them into business requirements and functional specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and effective communication with team members.
