Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive business reporting and analytical solutions tailored for corporate teams.
- Engage regularly with business stakeholders to gather analytical requirements, outline project roadmaps, and strategize future initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between business objectives and technical capabilities to deliver well-coordinated solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to gain insights into critical areas influenced by S/4 HANA, including bookings, billings, and revenue streams.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy business solutions and ensure alignment with specified requirements.
- Perform impact assessments for business modifications in partnership with engineering teams.
- Collaborate daily with business users, engineers, and management to design, develop, deploy, and support innovative business solutions.
- Establish and manage post-delivery support activities to ensure ongoing application performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the data analytics or business intelligence domain.
- Proven experience in supporting analytics and data processes related to sales and finance, particularly during quarter-end and year-end financial closures.
- Strong understanding of subscription business models and the significance of customer journey touchpoints for deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SAP SD and FICO modules is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive experience in full-cycle implementation of S/4 HANA in large organizations, including the development of custom Fiori reports.
- Ability to comprehend strategic goals and processes within the finance domain and translate them into functional and system specifications.
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting commitments and completing tasks punctually, with clear communication and information sharing among team members.
