Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they arrive.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all breakfast areas and surfaces.
  • Interact with guests to guarantee satisfaction with food and service.
  • Address complaints and assist in resolving issues.
  • Stay informed about the rotating menu offerings.
  • Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service consistently.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to deliver excellent guest service in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and capacity to work well under pressure with colleagues.
  • Capable of performing high-quality work independently.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Competent in safely lifting and maneuvering food trays as needed.
  • Willingness to follow directions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Experience in a bustling restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety policies and regulations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous.
  • Guest service experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal forms.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
