What We Are Looking For:

We seek individuals who possess a positive attitude, enjoy caring for others, and have reliable transportation. Candidates should have strong reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, be at least 18 years old, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a Practical Nurse, you will be expected to assist beyond your usual duties to ensure a high-quality care environment for our residents. In a collaborative workplace, LPNs will engage in training opportunities and support colleagues as needed.


Typical Responsibilities of an LPN:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents.
  • Take initiative and provide guidance to Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Deliver exceptional resident care according to individualized care plans.
  • Prioritize resident safety in all daily activities.
  • Continuously assess, document, and monitor resident health, addressing any concerns.
  • Assist with medication management and monitoring as required.

Requirements:
Current LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification are mandatory.
