**Job Overview:**
As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Proven outside sales experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive base salary of $39,000 - $100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
