**Job Overview:**

As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Promote our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven outside sales experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Competitive base salary of $39,000 - $100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
