Senior HVAC Sales Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior HVAC Sales Professional to join our Outside Sales Team at Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting on-site visits, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for prospecting and cold calling potential clients, providing product demonstrations, and preparing customized sales proposals. Additionally, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and collaborate with customers to plan and forecast sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new leads
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to evaluate clients' HVAC needs
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HVAC products and services
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with the clients to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and identify business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and different software programs
- Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in CRM software
