5 days per week, from 8am to 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review various financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standardized accounting practices.
- Reconcile financial reports and data with existing statements, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare basic financial statements that do not require complex analysis.
- Create tables, charts, and other visual aids for reporting purposes.
- This position is typically exempt and requires a BS/BA degree (or equivalent) along with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to greet and engage with individuals in a polite and respectful manner.
- Proficiency in using computers and printers to generate a variety of documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent telephone etiquette.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


This role involves the use of standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in both home and office environments. The ability to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds is necessary.
This position is primarily performed in a professional office setting, with approximately 70% of the time spent sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
