- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, and cooking proteins and grains.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest experiences.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume food production environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Certifications: Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
