Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Generalist to join our team at Hunter Hamilton. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's overall business strategy by providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR Business Partner to support junior level employees, providing guidance and coaching on HR-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with employees, coordinating informal and formal training as needed.
- Recruit and onboard all non-exempt positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Champion our company's work environment vision, providing advice and coaching to employees on HR-related matters.
- Work with our Total Rewards team to evaluate employee total rewards packages and support pay recommendations consistent with policy guidelines.
- Interpret, apply, and monitor HR policy and program opportunities to support line operations.
- Act as an interface between Corporate and brand HR teams on all corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of Employment Law and concepts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate all aspects of data gathering and compilation of government programs, including AAP, EEOC, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Understanding of employment laws and statutes pertaining to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, Employee Agreements, etc.
- General knowledge of P&L, including budget process.
