Job Summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist III to support the company's HR initiatives and work closely with functional groups to attract, recruit, develop, train, motivate, and engage employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partner: Provide support to junior-level employees and serve as a liaison between HR and business units.
  • Employee Development: Build relationships with employees, coordinate informal and formal training needs, and develop employee growth plans.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and onboard non-exempt positions, secure a high-profile talent pool, and partner with the centralized Talent Recruitment team.
  • Employee Relations: Champion a positive work environment, provide advice and coaching to employees, and facilitate employee events.
  • Total Rewards: Work with Total Rewards to evaluate employee total rewards packages and support pay recommendations consistent with policy guidelines.
  • HR Policies and Programs: Interpret, apply, and monitor HR policy and program opportunities to support line operations and ensure compliance.
  • Interface with Corporate and Brand HR Teams: Collaborate on corporate initiatives and manage centralization of divisional HR data.
  • HR Transactions and Workflows: Manage job requisitions, employee files, and ongoing attention to data integrity across the division.
  • Employment Law: Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of employment laws and concepts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven Human Resources experience.
  • Compensation: Understanding of policy and concepts, with the ability to articulate same.
  • Legal: Understanding of employment laws and statutes pertaining to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, Employment Agreements, etc.
  • Financial: General knowledge of P & L, including budget process.
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems.

  • Entrepreneurially spirited; strong work ethic and customer-driven.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication (verbal/written), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage emotions and relationships during periods of ambiguity, pressure, and uncertainty.
  • Strategic thinking: Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
  • Business acumen: Knowledge of business objectives, the people aspect of the division, brand, and function, competitors, market trends, and consumers.
  • Change management: Ability to understand and assist groups through change.
