Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a **Senior Human Resources Coordinator** to support various HR initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a productive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

**Compensation:** $27.80 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

**Contract Duration:** 1 year

The **Senior Human Resources Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in:

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Acting as an HR Business Partner for entry-level staff.
  • Facilitating employee development by nurturing relationships and coordinating training programs.
  • Managing recruitment processes for non-exempt roles, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Enhancing employee relations by promoting a positive workplace culture and providing guidance.
  • Collaborating with the Total Rewards team to assess and recommend employee compensation packages.
  • Interpreting and applying HR policies to support operational compliance.
  • Serving as a liaison between corporate and brand HR teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Overseeing the management of HR data and ensuring accuracy in employee records.
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Understanding of compensation policies and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning internal systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change effectively.
