Strategic Growth Manager

Momofuku is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our 3-year strategic growth plan, identifying new growth channels and partners, and defining go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 3-year strategic growth plan to drive business expansion
  • Identify and evaluate new growth channels and partners to increase revenue
  • Define go-to-market strategies and map out execution risks
  • Assist in preparation of board and investor materials
  • Evaluate performance of existing products across the retail landscape relative to market trends and competitors

Requirements:

  • BS/BA and 2-3 years of consulting or investment banking experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Action-oriented and self-motivated
  • Highly resourceful; able to work with limited information when necessary and drive own work stream
  • Adaptable; able to work with a wide range of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
