About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Rochester Mazda. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a strong background in training and development, customer relationship building, and team leadership. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase sales productivity and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the general manager to develop and execute sales plans, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and feedback to sales staff, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address any challenges or obstacles.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving goals.
