About the Role:
As an RN Assisted Living Health Care Director, you will be responsible for:
• Providing leadership and coordination of the health and wellbeing of our residents
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Collaborating with the Director of Health and Wellness to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by state regulations
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or long-term care
• A current RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
